Time: 11:00am
Food: Hotel BBQ plus normal Hotel Menu for lunch.
Nominations:
All nominees must be a current financial member, nominations must be proposed and seconded by current financial members and nominees must accept the nomination to be eligible for the position.
Printed and completed forms can be submitted any time up to immediately before the AGM at the January 24 meeting.
Nominations from the floor of the meeting will also be accepted.
*Positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Member (up to 4 positions)
