Hi great van..I had a xb in same colour "Wallnut Glow" brown metallic.
had many a GOOD time in the back! also great at the Drive-inn
I also started the Cairns Van Club here in Cairns in about 1974-5 at that time I had a 1970 Mustang but got the club off the ground.
I designed the original sticker for club-looking for now will post later.

Cool van, Les we need that drooling smilie!!
I remember the article as a mate of mine has all the custom vans & trucks plus van wheels, before it morphed nito some unspeakable mag.

I had an XC in Wallnut Glow as well... First Ford was a 48 Mercury, then the first Falcon XK. last new one was a BF. To many to count and no pictures!!!!!

Great looking Van!
As I said before I and Anthony Nuisifora(spelling) started the van club in cairns.
Here is the sticker I designed in 1976 for club-not good by todays standards but cool in those days.

Excellent sticker!
Looks like a Bedford with an early Falcon front bumper

Ya could not make it look like Holden or Ford as would only start trouble! The club had more Holdens than Fords then as holden offered better options
on new cars and second hand Holdens were cheeper.

lost count 20 years ago
What is a "TE50" you ask ....... "well" you know what a GT is - this was the prototype they used for making the GT - Ford took the TE50 and softened it up for the Sunday drivers and called it a "GT"... lol
