A nice, rounded, sightly chocolatey aromatic brew; would hazard a guess at a primarily Arabica blend with a hint of soy bean - no bitter aftertaste charecteristic of burnt beans or scorched milk.

Overall scores a competent 7/10 in my books

Will get one tho... god I love coffee... (but if you want to wake up a apple does a better job)

Yes as in Apple Juice will "wake" you up better/faster then a coffee (well the caffeine).
Its meant to be the natural sugars in the apple that gives you a longer high and doesn't drop off like caffeine does when you body is finished processing it.

But Im not sure if there's been any real study into it.

It's common sense - apples are a Low-GI food which give a long, sustained release of sugars into your body while coffee is a High-GI food that gives you a short sharp release of sugar and a shot of a stimulant (caffeine)

And once the effects of the sugar and caffeine wear off, you start to get a craving for more - it's almost like it's a drug or something :-)
