NQPFC Private Forums Access

New Private Forums for use by NQPFC Financial Members have been added.
The Forums are visible to all but only accessible to the Financial Members Group.
If you are a Financial Member but get the "You Do Not Have Permissions" message when trying to access the Private Forums,
Send a PM to Tuff-ZC to be added to the Financial Member Group.
