End of Year Get together - Cardwell - Nov 19, 20 & 21, 2010

Hi All
A decision was made at thew October Meeting to travel to Cardwell for our end of year getaway
Date will be 19th & 20th of November
Place Cardwell's Beachcomber resort
Some folks are traveling up Friday leaving around 12 noon ( To be confirmed )
Others will be Cruising up on Saturday ( Natty & I will be one of these this year due to prior commitments) Morning departing around 9:30 from the Bohle Barn
Please make an effort to join us if you can as everyone has a good time and it is a chance to getaway and relax.
We will be having a Dinner in the restaurant on Saturday Evening

For those people travelling down to Cardwell from Cairns this is the plan so far:

We will meet at Macca's Woree at 1000am on Saturday 20 Nov 10. We will travel to Cardwell via Mena Creek stopping for lunch. After lunch we should get into Cardwell mid afternoon and meet up with the Townsville members. From there it is a case of socialising and enjoying the festivities.
Can those who will be attending please indicate so we know numbers to expect and if we need to meet up with anyone on the way down.

Just arrived back from Bris.about 1 hr ago after 2 days of doctors etc. so not sure yet of the result so cannot say yes or no!
would love to go ......but need some more time to saught things out.

We are booked in... Finally got megans roster..

I'm planning on being there, just need to make phone call in the morning to sort out some accommodation - too late to do it today, forgot about the 2 hr time difference from WA.
There's nothing like last minute plans. If that all works out & there is anybody else from Cairns is going we can meet up at Maccas Woree as per Cookies original post.
