"A great day for a cruise" was the first thing to pop into my head when I woke on the morning of the 5th, fussing around making sure I had everything, I thought "Great 8.15am I should be first there and ready to rock."
What a surprise greeted me when I arrived at Hungry Jacks 25 - 30 cars there already!!!!
"Cool", I thought, "This is going to be a good cruise."
Well when the time came to have a drivers briefing I realised I had forgotten something_______ a loud hailer to get my voice out to everyone!
A very well behaved cruise ensued al the way to Norman Park in Gordonvale where everyone had a chance for some food and a chat and also to check out the amazing variety of cars on display in a very informal setting.
My personal favorite for the day sad to say was not a ford but as a tickford man I allowed myself some grace and chose the "76 Aston Martin DB9".
To all members there that day I have said this in the forum but it deserves to be said again your help was fantastic and without you the day would not have occurred.
Looking forward to Etty Bay now and some fun on the beach.
Cheers Neil
