The 2010 AGM for the Inc Body of the NQPFC will held on Saturday the 6th March 2010 at 2:30 pm

Place :- Beachcomber Motel Cardwell 43A Marine Parade Cardwell

A copy of the constitution can be found on our Townsville website under the Members Banner for general information
All positions will be vacated and up for nominations

All members are to be paid up Current financial members of the NQPFC INC prior to nominating or voting

Nominations will be called for on the day in person as well as done in previous years



All Proxy votes are to be forwarded to the secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting

If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to nominate someone for a position or cast a Proxy Vote please state your Name & Membership No and the nominee’s Name & position you wish to vote for or nominate then for.


Nominations can be accepted or declined by the nominee up to and on the day of the meeting
